After receiving this week’s photo challenge word, it was all I could do to keep myself from crawling inside the nearest Japanese Maple and snapping away. But I decided to hold off and try to get creative.
Tonight I got to thinking, “Could there be beauty under the hood of my car?” Let’s find out! (and no, I haven’t lost my marbles…I don’t think)
It turns out that there are splashes of color everywhere!

I like the dots of yellow here.

A beautiful language warning of danger.

Mixing it up with some black-and-whites:

Not under the hood, but still inside the car. Can you guess what this is?

Well, that was different!

I would have never thought of doing that! Very interesting take on the challenge.
love the details – texture, pattern – beautiful!
Thank you both! I never thought I’d be photographing the inside of my car.
